Zambia
Nbala natural peaberry
Our new release epitomises our motto; it’s “Just good beans” all round. This is the first coffee from Zambia we have ever sourced and through our supplier partners Omwani we are very pleased to have supported the very first export crop of Mount Sunzu coffee based in Mbala in the North of Zambia near the border with Tanzania and the southern shores of Lake Tanganyika.
The coffee is a naturally processed Marselesa Peaberry with almond, berry and cocoa notes, sweet and balanced working well for all brew methods.

From barista skills to menu development and everything in between
Dialling in your grind; texturing milk; monitoring extraction; improving workflow; effective expediting; presentation; consistency and fostering a passion for great coffee are all important aspects of our barista training sessions. Courses don’t make great barista’s though, people do and there is no substitute for real performance situations. So we start with the basics, build on them and offer on-site, in-service support for your business.
