Delivery
We aim to roast and despatch orders within 2 working days maximum of receiving them.
Packaging
Our packaging is resealable to preserve freshness after opening and includes a degassing valve.
Our Couriers
We currently use Royal Mail 2nd class service as our default shipping provider for all domestic parcel deliveries, and DPD as our default for next day and international deliveries.
Standard delivery (mainland UK) is charged in accordance to package weight.
We can and do deliver internationally. If you are an international customer we will contact you directly to quote and confirm your delivery costs.
Refunds / returns
You have a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ from receipt of goods in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation. Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 14 days ‘cooling off’ period, please email us at info@mistral.co.uk or write to us at Coffee Central Ltd, Unit 1 Pentrich Road, Giltbrook Industrial Park, Nottingham, NG16 2UZ. Please tell us your name and address. If your order was made from this website, please tell us the transaction ID. If your order was made by post or telephone, please say so.
RETURNING ORDERS:- Please return your order by post, this will be at your cost.
REFUNDS DUE TO CANCELLATION
Should you cancel your purchase within the 14 day ‘cooling off’ period, we will refund your payment in full. If you paid by credit or debit card from this website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period.
If you have opened and part consumed a product we cannot accept a return and issue a refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase contact us and we may be able to offer an alternative more to your liking
