Our first Peruvian coffee comes from from Finca Las Salinas in the Cutervo region Cajamarca, eru. It is produced by Maribel Wilcamango on her single hectare farm, of which she is now the proud owner having inherited the farm (and her passion for coffee) from her parents. Maribel focuses on quality and sustainability of production, growing caturra and geisha on the farm. This is her washed Geisha. It’s a wonderfully bright and clean coffee with bags of florality, citric raspberry and blackcurrant acidity and notes of honeysuckle, nectarine and jasmine. A fabulous coffee for filter brewing, cold brew or cafetiere.
